About company
We are a relatively young taxi company using new information technologies. We do not use transmitters, but modern GPS dispatch. Thanks to modern technologies, our customer always has an overview of the status of his order - he receives SMS information about the ordered car (including any delays). At the same time, he can wait in a bar or in the comfort of his home - he will be informed again by SMS that the taxi has stopped at the agreed place
ONLINE TAXI ORDER
When using a ride with a pre-calculated price, the driver does not turn on the taximeter and the customer pays the price using the application.
With a pre-calculated price it is possible to change the destination or route, but only if the following conditions are met:
– if you wish to change your destination when boarding, the driver will turn on the taximeter and the price will be calculated in advance does not apply!
– if you change the destination of the journey only during the drive, you will pay the proportional part for the km traveled estimated by the driver, up to the point of the route change
– if you request to wait during the ride, the driver will charge you for the time according to our tariff (CZK 5/minute)
When sending an order without a calculated price, the driver turns on the taximeter and the ride is governed by the normal conditions for using a taxi with a taximeter.
In the case of an order where the price differs greatly from the price list and the actual distance of the transport, the dispatcher or the driver can cancel the trip.
The receipt is issued by the driver after completion of the transport.
